This is a continuation / part 2 of my weight loss tips and tricks that helped me lose over 90 pounds. In the previous video, I mentioned 15 more basic weight loss tips and in this video and go a bit more in detail. Some of these are the less commonly known weight loss tips and tricks. I call them my weight loss secrets because these are things that I personally do and they helped me lose the weight.
